Commercial and Residential Curbside shipping to the US is always 15% of your total cart value so you can easily plan for shipping and bill your clients accordingly. If you’d like white glove shipping options, the cost is quoted instantly when you start the check-out process and enter your ship-to address so you can see your shipping options and cost before you make your purchase. You’ll never be billed for more shipping after your order so you can rest easy once you’ve made your purchase!
The estimated lead time on each product page shows the estimated delivery time with Curbside shipping. We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. Our concierge will also provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Residential Curbside/Commercial: Your order will be left by the curb with all packaging, which may include a pallet. Tracking info will be sent when the order ships. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CITY STREETS.
Room-of-Choice with Packaging Removal: During delivery, your order will be brought to a room-of-choice and packaging will be removed, but items will not be assembled. Tracking info will be sent when the order ships.
White Glove: Your order will be brought to a room-of-choice, packaging removed, and it will be assembled (excluding installation). Tracking info will be sent when the order ships.
Expedited Curbside: Your order will be shipped with a faster carrier and our concierge will confirm the est. ship time when you place your order. Your order will be left by the curb with all packaging, which may include a pallet. Tracking info will be sent when the order ships. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CITY STREETS.
Canada: We offer shipping to Canadian commercial or residential addresses with our standard Curbside/Commercial service. To account for the higher cost of shipping + GST (Goods & Services Tax), the total cost for shipping to Canada is 25% of your total cart value. A $75 Customs Brokerage Fee will also be added for orders under $1,000. This single shipping rate includes all freight, import duties, and GST so you can rest assured that you won’t get any surprise bills down the road and your product will clear customs quickly.
